• Sites you add — the URLs and business details you submit for analysis.
• Analysis data — crawl results, AI-visibility scores, tracked keywords, and citations derived from scanning your sites.
• Usage data — page views, feature usage, and log data (IP address, browser, timestamps).
• Billing data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service (scanning, scoring, reporting).
• To send transactional and product emails (login links, reports, briefings you request).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve the product and diagnose issues.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service:

• Hosting and database (Supabase);
• Payment processing (Stripe);
• Email delivery;
• Search and AI APIs used to generate analysis (e.g., SerpApi, OpenAI) — only the specific content needed for a scan is sent.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and may use analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and analysis data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, limited access) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of marketing emails. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
