These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScendBeacon ("the Service"), an AI search-visibility platform operated by ScendBeacon. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ScendBeacon analyzes websites for AI search-engine visibility. It scans content you point it at, measures how AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini) cite your business, identifies content gaps against real search results, and produces prioritized recommendations. Results are estimates based on available data and may change as AI platforms evolve.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans (currently the Pro plan at $69/month) are billed through our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of your website content and the data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data to deliver the Service (e.g., crawling pages you submit, querying search and AI APIs). See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
The Service relies on third parties (payment processing, hosting, search and AI APIs). We are not responsible for their availability or terms. AI-generated content and recommendations may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific visibility results, rankings, or citation outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScendBeacon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
